Kirk replaced quite a lot of wood siding boards on my two story house that had some damage and bad rotting, added some trim work and painted the newly boarded areas as well as the tall chimney that just looked bad.  He also replaced water damaged dry wall over the garage door and in doing so figured out what caused the damaged and repaired that – sagging board over the door and guttering needed adjusting.

I am a widow and am very careful about hiring someone to work around my house.  Kirk was recommended to me, and I was told he would do a good job.  When I called, he came right out to look things over and gave me an estimate and recommended just what should be done. He is very nice and is very knowledgeable.  It took a while to get on his schedule because he was quite busy, but it was worth the wait.  He told me it would take 3 days to do the work and that is just what it was.  He arrived at 8:00 each morning with two helpers.  They were hard workers, very polite.  They stayed all day and only took a short break for lunch.  I did not feel uncomfortable with them.  I liked that Kirk communicated with me through email leading up to the scheduled time for the job.  The cost ended up some more than the estimate because the work in the garage turned out to be a bigger job than at first believed, and we found a few more rotted areas which was not surprising.  I also added on a couple of small things.  I felt satisfied with the work.  I feel that Kirk is honest and reliable and I think Kirk can do just about anything.  He did a good job for me and I will use him again if I need something else done.

I have been using Kirk as my handyman for several years. My husband and I recently moved into a house with ceilings over 20 feet high. We had no idea who to call when we wanted to paint and install a new ceiling fan and blinds.
